Bio: She is an employee of the Faculty of Journalism, Information and Book Studies at the University of Warsaw. She specializes in media marketing, media polarisation and the impact of ICT on audiences. Author of numerous scientific publications in Poland and abroad, a speaker at many scientific conferences, a member of the Editorial Board in the Journal of Media Business Studies, Reviewers Board in Future Internet and Sustainability. Initiator and coordinator of research “FOMO. Poles and the anxiety of disconnection” (2018, 2019) – Poland’s first representative study of the Fear of Missing Out phenomenon. Member of organizations and associations, among others: emma (European Media Management Association), ICA (International Communication Association), IAMCR (International Association for Media and Communication Research), and ESTDIA.
